Prepare + protect
- ✓Review the complete visit before driving.
- ✓Pause and clarify missing, conflicting, or unsafe instructions.
- ✓Control every doorway and exterior gate.
- ✓Account for every pet before leaving.
- ✓Secure the home and physically pull-test the final lock.
Care + create joy
- ✓I.C.E. the gear: Inspect, Change, and Ensure.
- ✓Maintain a firm leash grip and allow no on-leash greetings.

Communicate + grow
